Poseidon

Poseidon is the god of the sea, earthquakes, floods, drought, and horses. He is the brother of Zeus and Hades, and often seen as second in list of power next to Zeus himself.

During the Olympians war with the Titans, the cyclopse crafted a magical trident for Poseidon, and he is often depicted with this trident - which seems to have become a universal Western symbol for the ocean.
