Bells of Peace

The inspiration for this came while playing a game, Far Cry 4, which is set near the Himalayan Mountains in a fictitious city, I think it is Nepal. Some things in this illustration have nothing to do with the game. I just liked the environment and the bell which is an important item in the game.

I really like Buddhism, and I love the Buddhist/Hindu art and references throughout the game. The bell symbolizes peace and freedom to me. Then I thought of the American Liberty Bell which is cracked, and that symbolizes something too. The giant turtle shell, honestly it just came to me as a cool fantasy asset, but it fits the environment too. I don't know why the sword is there :) I needed a third item of interest and the sword just popped up somehow.
